Honorable Mention The World Upside Down Gary Blankenship In Kuwait, women may now vote, serve in their government (at least until the first bombs explode in Ash Shuwaykh). In DC, a House committee debates restricting the role of women in the military – banning them from serving in forward support positions, reversing a long held policy. In Saudi women still may not drive and in Palestine they are still free to be a suicide bomber, grounding us in some reality.
